Bringing valuable experience from a previous role as the Customer Success Manager over at BayFit Leisure Centre, Ash eagerly embraced the opportunity to step in, assist the Melton team, and contribute to our growing facility.</p><p>The greatest motivation for Ash every day comes directly from the people and the incredible community spirit that Melton has to offer. A major highlight of the role has been the amazing opportunity to work alongside the Melton City Council to facilitate weekly Community Group Pilates classes. Ash absolutely loves spending time with the wonderful participants each week, helping them stay active while fostering a strong, positive environment.</p><p>For anyone looking to make Melton Waves a permanent part of their lifestyle, Ash’s advice is simple: jump in and get involved. Because the facility boasts such a supportive community atmosphere, the best way to truly enjoy the centre is to immerse yourself in all the wonderful services and classes offered.
