He finds that being surrounded by like-minded individuals naturally boosts his own motivation, energy that he then brings back home to his loved ones.</p><blockquote><p>"Going to the gym and doing it with other members of the community gives you the drive and motivation, and inspires others to do the same," Mark notes. "The strong community feel ensures we all keep each other accountable.
