There are five levels of Squad training available at Melton Waves Leisure Centre. The number of sessions per week varies depending on individual aims and purposes of participation. Sessions vary from Marlis Squad which incorporates basic stroke drills and skills that lead towards race development to the Nationals Squad which prepares participants for National competition.
