Each year we see thousands participate in the Your New Beginning 12 Week Challenge across Australia, transforming their bodies and achieving amazing results, now its finally here at Melton Waves Leisure Centre.
Complete 20 Group Fitness classes in 30 days and get two weeks off your membership. Starts 1/8
Commences 22/7, Trainer: Jordan, Full assessment / Fitness Test, Before and after with a detailed report, 2 X Group Training Sessions per week, 3 X 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions, Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6pm
Melton Waves in conjunction with AIPT -Australian Institute of Sport will be running courses 3 times a year for people wanted to become qualified Gym Instructors & Personal Trainers.
