Current vacant positions are: Full Time Duty Manager Melton Waves Leisure Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant person with their heart set on a career path in the health and leisure industry to apply as Full Time Duty Manager. The successful applicant will be directly assisting senior management to coordinate daily operations throughout the facility. Being a decisive and motivating team leader is essential as constant and direct supervision of various staff across multiple departments is required. A strong ability to solve unexpected problems, pay great attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service are essential strengths to excel in this role. Responsibilities for the successful applicant will include coordinating emergency response, facilitating a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons, assist with staff training and recruitment, developing rosters and operational procedures whilst ensuring protocol is adhered to by staff and ensuring extraordinary delivery of recreation programs. Fixed salary package applies plus 9% superannuation with additional training opportunities provided. Previous management experience is desirable but a motivating attitude is critical. The role requires early morning starts with working week negotiable. Critical qualifications include: - Pool Lifeguard Certification
