Seniors Programs Living Longer Living Stronger Enjoy your older years in life by keeping healthy and social. Our Council of the Ageing endorsed program focuses on strength training to assist you in making every day activities like lifting, balance, twisting and turning easier. Enjoy a cuppa with your new friends afterwards. Sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11.30am – 12.30pm. Before you get started on the program you will need to provide medical clearance and have your own fitness program made by a qualified Gym Instructor. Tai Chi Tai Chi is perfect for keeping joints supple, the mind active and improving your balance. This easy paced class is taught by our award winning older adult instructor Danny Conlan. Sessions are on Fridays at 12.30 noon. Over 70 Membership If you are over seventy years old and live in Melton shire you can get a free swim membership that will give you access to the swimming pools, steam room, spa and hydrotherapy pool.
